What's up with Blogger Gadgets?

I was trying to add this picture via the Blogger gadgets and I kept on getting the message that the picture wasn't valid. Then I added it to a webpage on my site and was told that the url wasn't valid. I think that the picture portion of Blogger Gadgets isn't valid. What a time sink all that was. So here's the picture of the Old Woman with the computer which is an embodiment of who I am.... just an old woman with a computer.
